KINETICA COMPLETE AND LEAN GAIN – FOR STRENGTH AND POWER IN SPORT

Kinetica Complete

If you want to get bigger, either for the demands of rugby or another strength and power sport, or if you feel your endurance performance will benefit from a more robust physique, then Kinetica Complete offers the complete package.

Although relatively low protein intakes have been shown to be optimal for bulking up (only 1.8g per day, as long as you have enough calories and carbs), the most important thing is protein quality, and timing. It needs to be eaten fast, released into your bloodstream faster, and have high levels of leucine and glutamine. Some studies report benefits from consuming the undenatured proteins in milk on everything from immune health to hydration!

Kinetica Complete comes with carbs to provide the energy for growth, quality proteins specifically formulated for hypertrophy, and is particularly effective due to its high leucine content. Leucine enhanced anabolism when added to whey and carbohydrate (Koopman, Wagenmakers et al. 2005).

Again – speed is the key. You’ll need to consume Complete within the first hour of training to get optimal effects!

Kinetica Lean Gain

This product would be great for someone bulking up, who may struggle with maintaining good body-composition. Maybe you could use a few extra pounds on the rugby pitch, but don’t want to slow yourself down with “excess timber”. Alternatively, many endurance athletes would benefit from this small ratio of carbs to protein, in order to preserve lean mass while cutting weight to a lighter-framed physique! This products is designed to stimulate muscle growth, while avoiding fat-gain.

So, for optimal mass gains, a relatively low protein intake can be optimised with a large whack of carbs. But… what’s the best way to bulk up, and stay lean?!?

As delaying carbohydrate feeding post exercise may enhance fat oxidation (Coyle 1995), lower carb protein supplementation may represent an effective method to strike a balance between recovery and fat-loss…

Initial protein synthesis can be stimulated with our proteins, formulated with free amino acids, while the positive effects of carbohydrate (which stimulates anabolism via insulin release) takes effect only after 90min. In addition, a delay in carbohydrate ingestion of 2hrs may still allow adequate glycogen resynthesis (PARKIN, CAREY et al. 1997).

If lean-gain, rather than pure performance is your goal, Kinetica Lean Gain may offer a lower carbohydrate recovery strategy to enhance the leanest, meanest muscle growth!
